At the orientation, the students will be given an introduction of the program as well as plenty of useful information and tips in terms of both learning and leisure life on the campus.
Following the orientation is a welcome party where students will be grouped to get to know each other through ice-breaking games, playful group tasks and entertainment performances.
There will also be a well-organized farewell party or a delicate dinner at the end of the Summer Session. Students will enjoy it with the professors and the friends made during the program.
Shanghai Jiao Tong University International Summer Session would organize multifarious socialized activities for students, such as parties, sports competitions and club social gatherings, and provide many communication opportunities for the international and native students by organizing diversified bilingual sharing sessions, so as to enrich the spirits and leisure time of the students, and help them establish interpersonal relations and enjoy an internationalized happy summer. Moreover, various kinds of thought-provoking events and artistic festivals will be held to support the students’ well-rounded development.
