The School of International Education is an institution engaged in international education management and teaching at Hebei University of Technology. It is responsible for formulating and implementing the international education development planning and management system of the School. It is mainly responsible for the implementation of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects and the education of international students in China.

The School pays attention to connotation development, quality improvement and brand building. It utilizes the School's high-quality educational resources and geographical advantages of Tianjin to attract students from all over the world. The School recruits international students, long term/short-term exchange students and Chinese language learning students from the United States, France, South Korea, Russia, Ireland, Pakistan, Kenya, Nigeria, Ukraine, Angola, Mexico, Portugal and so on. The international student education covers undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels, involving 70 undergraduate majors, 26 master's degree programs, and 9 doctoral degree programs. The School also offers Chinese traditional culture courses for international students, such as calligraphy, cooking, and art. It also encourages international students to participate in various student activities, which are organized by the China Scholarship Council, Hebei Province and Tianjin City, in order to help them integrate into campus life.

Adhering to the concept of open education, the School makes scientific plans, comprehensively promotes Sino- foreign cooperative education projects and the education for international students in China, so as to make greater contributions to the construction of the Double First-rate Initiative.
