1. All courses are lectured in English. Each course has 25 classes in total, and each class is 2 hours in length. The total instruction time is 58 hours. The extracurricular time is 120 minutes every week except the fifth week.
2. Each course offered by HEBUT International Summer Session can fit a maximum of 20 participants. When a course is fully enrolled, the application for the course will be closed and students will be put on the waiting list.
3. The final exam is on class 25 in the fifth week. If you miss the final exam, please contact the University's International Summer School in time. We will arrange an extra exam for you.
4. The attendance follows the related regulations of HEBUT. For details, please refer to the Student Handbook upon orientation.
5. The University guarantees that all students with a disability will be able to make use of any school facility. Teaching resources and materials are the same for all students, and students with a disability will receive the same learning experience and opportunities. If you need special arrangements to be made due to a disability, please contact the University's International Summer School directly.
6. Students will be able to apply for a transfer or withdrawal within 3 days of the start date of the course. If a withdrawal is applied for within 3 working days, the tuition fees will be refunded. After 3 days, the tuition fees will not be refunded. If a withdrawal is applied for in the first two weeks, it will be recorded as W (Withdraw) on the ; course transcript. After this initial two-week period, the course will be recorded as F (Fail).
